Well the Hoods are back from the extreme temperatures served by New York City and as most of you heard EFN did not come back with the win but we may have come back with a lot more! First off DJ EFN and the Crazy Hood crew would like to thank all those that took the time out to vote and support DJ EFN for the mixtape awards. EFN was honored just to be nominated for a second year in a row. Granted that the awards was a rooster convention and had way to many characters for even the cartoon network, EFN & the crew managed to link with old friends and network with some serious folks. The mixtape awards also had its share of performances by Mobb Deep, Ghostface and Pitbull, that brought that good ol' Hip Hop feeling back! Also while in New York the Hoods were kicking it in the Studio with N.O.R.E. and the whole Thugged Out Militainment crew. In other news you can check out the Chicago based Hip Hop site InfiniteStreet.Com which features an interview on DJ EFN. In promotions news Crazy Hood Promotions are now the official street team for Sony / Columbia records. Check back with us in a week or so for updates in songs, videos, and pics as well more news on GarciaHeckler, and DJ EFN. Shouts to everyone that we linked up with while in New York.... Riggs & NelsonÊ@ Shady records, Capone, Nature, Maze, Musaliny, Martin & the rest of the Thugged Out fam, Kay Slay, Big Mike, Spinbad, Big Tigga, Spk, Midi Mafia, Sab, Vin Da Chin, Scram Jones, Complexxions, Final Chapter, Ghostface, Rob Love, Tamara, Jenya, Sam Crespo and everyone else @ Def Jam, Graph, Questchon, Dead Prez, Dedan, Lumidee, & everyone else that looked out for us!
